Oakwood Financial Partners provides financial education, debt resolution support, and related services. All services are subject to individual consultation and agreement. Information provided on this website is for educational purposes only.
Massachusetts Consumer Protection Notice
Important Rights for Massachusetts Consumers: As a Massachusetts resident, you are protected by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A (Consumer Protection Act) and related regulations. - You have the right to request that we cease communication with you at your workplace
- We will not contact you outside of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM unless you specify different hours
- We will not discuss your debt with third parties without your written permission
- You have six (6) years from the date of last payment to dispute most consumer debts
- You may file complaints with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office or Division of Banks
- You have the right to sue for violations of your consumer protection rights under Chapter 93A
No Upfront Fees Notice
In compliance with Federal Trade Commission regulations and Massachusetts consumer protection laws, we do not charge any upfront fees for debt settlement or resolution services. Fees are only assessed after successful negotiation and settlement of your debts. All fee structures will be clearly disclosed in writing before you agree to any services.
